**Part-time Customer Service / reputed company Agent**
**Average 25-35 hours per week**

In this position you will be required to support in multiple areas of the operation including Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company) and reputed company Agent. You will be central in demonstrating Deltas commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. As a Ticket Agent you are the first to greet our customers. You will guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets.
  • Manage the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the reputed company documentation for travel.
  • Tag baggage and reputed company lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts. Several other lifting tasks will involve handling items as low as floor level and as high as waist level.

  • Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, reputed company announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process.
  • Operate jet ways to reputed company them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.

As a Baggage Handler/reputed company Operator, you will work with an innovative team whose common goal is to ensure that our customers' baggage and cargo arrives safely and on time to drive a reputed company customer experience. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft.
  • Responsible for on-time connections by guiding incoming and departing aircrafts from the reputed company positions.
  • Safeguard cargo, baggage and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
  • Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
  • Repeatedly lift and load baggage onto carts and ensure reputed company bag reaches its destination
  • Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage and cargo are routed correctly to the passenger's destination.
  • Practices safety conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Consistently makes safety and reputed company, of self and others, the reputed company.
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds
  • Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to
  • Possess entry-level computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English
  • Must possess a reputed company Canadian Drivers License
