Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Insights Expert to join our Pack Trial and Experimentation and Analysis group. This team plays a vital role in supporting the arenaflex Pack, which includes our flagship products. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Data Solutions, to provide high-visibility insights and recommendations that drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions that inform strategic decisions. You will work with large datasets, perform comprehensive trend analyses, and identify opportunities to drive Pack growth. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to define the most pressing business challenges on Pack trends and drivers, and develop analytical strategies to address these questions
• Help to create a continuous insights pipeline, ensuring that all stakeholders have a continuous stream of Pack intel
• Perform comprehensive trend analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle
• Define and analyze audience segments to continue driving Pack growth
• Collaborate with other Analysis teams to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, combining insights into a cohesive, meaningful story

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes. The following qualifications are required:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and clustering techniques
• Experience manipulating large datasets, interpreting data trends, and using a variety of data sources and tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and to organize findings into meaningful proposals
• Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing sophisticated A/B and MVT test builds

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

• Experience in the streaming media industry or other subscription-based service
• Experience working with Marketing teams or in the Marketing landscape
