In the absence of a CEO, the CFO will operate under delegated authority from the Founder and reputed company shareholders, acting as the face of BBC in financial and capital markets discussions while ensuring disciplined governance, realistic capital positioning, and institutional-reputed company financial execution. This role is best suited for a hands-on finance leader who is comfortable operating in a lean environment, building systems from the ground up, and engaging investors transparently during an early reputed company phase.
