[Remote] Clinical Data Analyst with Snomed and SQL

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Clinical Expert (Clinical Data Analyst) with expertise in medical coding systems and SQL skills. This role involves data analysis, terminology evaluation, and supporting content expansion initiatives across multiple domains. Responsibilities • Write and execute reputed company relational SQL queries to calculate domain-level coverage metrics (e.g., % completeness by domain) • Collaborate with SMEs to define reputed company/denominator logic for coverage metrics • reputed company and report reputed company on coverage improvements over time • Assess terminology coverage for cancer-reputed company concepts, staging, biomarkers, and treatment protocols • Evaluate coverage based on reputed company codes and identify gaps for synonyms and reputed company concepts • Work with reputed company’s terminology data models, including reputed company’s Concept DB and associated knowledge graphs • Understand SNOMED CT hierarchical structures as represented in reputed company’s databases • Analyze external sources (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov) to identify inclusion/exclusion reputed company and gaps in IMO content • Prioritize reputed company and assess opportunities for content expansion (e.g., biomarkers, prior treatment history) • reputed company feasibility assessments and recommend enhancements to terminology coverage • Document processes and contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives Skills • Clinical background (Physician, reputed company, or equivalent reputed company reputed company) • Strong understanding of medical coding systems: ICD, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, NDC • Exceptional SQL skills for relational database queries and data analysis • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical documentation • Experience with terminology mapping and hierarchical structures • Ability to evaluate external clinical data sources for content gaps • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills • Experience with reputed company's terminology and data models • Knowledge of oncology and rare disease coding standards • Exposure to NLP/AI concepts for clinical data enrichment reputed company • reputed company is a reputed company and reputed company company specializing in emerging search and HR consulting services.
