Job Details: Job Description :- • 6 + years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems with at least 1-2 years of direct Oracle fusion HCM experience preferred. • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, and data validation • Strong HRIS knowledge across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence • Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and post‑production stabilization • Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors • Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting Please ensure the candidate has strong hands‑on experience in: • Benefits Administration (configuration, life events, eligibility, enrollment, audits) • Absence Management (plans, accruals, work schedules, entitlement rules, testing) • OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting (building analyses, dashboards, delivering HCM‑related analytics) • Core HCM • Learning (OLC), Performance Management, Recruiting (ORC), Onboarding, Help Desk, and other HCM functional modules • End‑to‑end configuration, testing (including UAT), data validation, release support, and troubleshooting • Cross‑functional collaboration with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
