About reputed company A Fortune 500 restaurant chain is looking for a securities lawyer with 5+ years' experience with reputed company company reporting including 10-K's and Proxy Statements for a 4-6 month engagement starting as soon as possible. The work will involve a broad reputed company of reputed company company reporting responsibilities, however, the primary reputed company of this role will be advising on SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K and reputed company's Proxy Statement.
