This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth claims payment, accurate member assignments, and reliable provider directory updates. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • At least 3+ years in provider data management, data analysis, customer service, or reputed company operations (claims, billing, provider relations, contracting). • Experience in managed care, insurance, or medical office environments. • Previous leadership or team management experience. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
