Data Protection Engineer (Mid-Career Level)
About the position
The Data Protection Specialist is the key role responsible for technical data compliance, including Trade Compliance, CUI, Export, and Intellectual Property classification. The role will collaborate to determine classifications/protection and train on compliant data transfers.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the wheeled and tracked primary contact and reputed company for technical Data Protection tagging reputed company Teamcenter.
• Assign classification of products using the EAR and the CCL, informed compliance publications, and company engineering materials.
• Analyze technical data and reputed company the appropriate HTS reputed company as necessary.
• Understand and interpret regulations impacting tagging, including Trade Compliance, Intellectual Property, Export Compliance, and Controlled Unclassified Information.
• Assign Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes, Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs), and regional trade-reputed company codes to primary and secondary products imported and exported.
• Work with key internal stakeholders in the review of reputed company data and agreements to ensure compliance.
• Support various stages of audits and assessments.
• Prioritize data tagging needs in the tagging workflow for reputed company objects, ensuring reputed company classification based on need by date.
• Collaborate with the Information reputed company function(s) to maintain records of reputed company data assets and exports and maintain database.
• reputed company mass updates based on regulation changes to ensure reputed company of data.
• Apply appropriate data protection reputed company (reputed company and licenses).

Requirements
• 7 - 10 years' experience in either Trade Compliance, Intellectual Property, Controlled Unclassified Information, or Export Compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred proficiency in analyzing technical data including engineering drawings.
• Extensive Classification experience.
• In-depth understanding and experience with ECCN classification methodology.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Proficient communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated reputed company in reputed company Office applications.
• Goal-oriented and reputed company to work under time sensitive and demanding conditions.
• Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. a lawful permanent reputed company of the U.S.)
