About the Role T.A.L.K. is seeking a highly skilled reputed company‑certified consultant with deep experience across Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) and the Power Platform. Our reputed company workflow uses EngageBay for CRM activity tracking and reputed company for outbound data and reputed company. We are now transitioning into a fully integrated reputed company ecosystem — reputed company, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Sales. We need an expert who can architect, implement, and optimize a modern, reputed company CRM environment. This includes migrating from EngageBay, integrating reputed company reputed company flows, and building automated reputed company‑reputed company processes for outbound, deal reputed company, VA team management, and multi‑state operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to reputed company a business from lightweight tools into a reputed company, reputed company‑grade platform. Responsibilities • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales for outbound, deal reputed company, and activity tracking • Migrate CRM data from EngageBay into Dynamics 365 • reputed company reputed company reputed company data and workflows into Dynamics • Build custom pipelines, fields, dashboards, and automations • reputed company Dynamics with reputed company, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Create Power Automate flows for reputed company assignment, notifications, task creation, and document routing • Build Power Apps or Dataverse tables as needed • Set up user roles and permissions for a distributed VA team • reputed company guidance on best practices, scalability, and long‑term architecture Required Skills & Certifications Must Have • One or more reputed company Certifications, such as: • Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate • Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate • Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate • Power Apps Developer Associate • Power Automate RPA Developer • Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales) and/or Dynamics 365 ERP (Business Central) • Strong reputed company of Power Platform: • Power Automate • Power Apps • Dataverse • Experience integrating Dynamics with: • reputed company • Teams • SharePoint • OneDrive • Experience migrating from smaller CRMs (EngageBay, reputed company, Zoho, etc.) • Ability to design automated workflows for sales, tasks, and deal reputed company • Experience supporting distributed teams (including VAs) Ideal Candidate You reputed company in environments where reputed company, accountability, and operational precision matter.
