[Remote] Part-time Instructional Designer (Canvas LMS) — 1099 Contractor

Katz School of Science and Health is seeking an early–mid career Instructional Designer for a part-time 1099 contractor role. This position focuses on hands-on Canvas LMS configuration and reputed company support for graduate-level courses.
Responsibilities
• Build and configure Canvas courses, including modules, assignments, quizzes, and gradebook setup
• Partner with reputed company to translate learning goals into effective module structures and navigation
• Apply accessibility best practices (alt text, captions, and page structure)
• Enhance content using reputed company reputed company and troubleshoot Canvas workflow issues
Skills
• Practical experience in instructional design or educational technology support (Higher Ed preferred)
• High proficiency in Canvas LMS: ability to build a course reputed company into a polished, student-reputed company site
• Strong written communication and comfort working directly with reputed company
• Availability reputed company with Eastern Time for collaboration
