[Remote] Claims Specialist (Auto PD)

This role involves managing auto liability property damage claims and building strong partnerships with customers and brokers to ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities • Interpret, investigate, and evaluate auto policies and coverage issues • Manage auto liability property damage and comparative negligence losses • Handle both comprehensive/collision and auto liability property damage claims • Take ownership of assigned claims from start to finish • Ensure claims are resolved reputed company and effectively • Build strong partnerships with customers and brokers Skills • Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR • Completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program and and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area • Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s) • reputed company Office experience • Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products • Prior experience in auto claims handling, insurance claims, or a reputed company customer service field.
