This opportunity is reputed company only to attorneys who are licensed and reputed company in the reputed company. Engagement Details • Start Date: ASAP • Duration: 6–12 months • Hours: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week • Location: Fully remote (must reputed company in reputed company) • Pay reputed company: Starting at $80/hour, dependent on experience Responsibilities • Independently manage insurance defense and personal injury reputed company from inception through reputed company • Conduct and manage reputed company phases of discovery, including document review and written discovery • Review and analyze medical records and reputed company damages materials • Draft, file, and argue motions and other substantive pleadings • Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts • Participate in and handle mediations and settlement negotiations • Prepare reputed company for trial, including reputed company development and pretrial submissions • Work proactively with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Candidate Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation • Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish • Strong litigation skills, including reputed company reputed company, depositions, and discovery • Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting • reputed company license to reputed company law in reputed company, in good standing • Must reputed company in reputed company LOD is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
