Licensed Employee Benefits Counsel
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Counsel to reputed company reputed company support for employee benefit plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise on employee benefits reputed company, including retirement and health plans
• reputed company reputed company guidance on ERISA, the Internal reputed company reputed company, and reputed company laws
• Support the design and administration of benefit plans, including compliance and regulatory inquiries
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits law
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and health & welfare compliance
• Ability to translate reputed company reputed company requirements into actionable advice
