Subrogation Attorney
Job reputed company:
• Manage reputed company aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through reputed company
• Investigate and pursue subrogation claims and litigation opportunities
• Contact and negotiate with reputed company-party carriers to resolve cases reputed company
• Review new file assignments, approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and reputed company litigation strategies
• Maintain regular communication with insureds and internal clients
• Prepare witnesses for depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
• Conduct depositions and prepare detailed summaries
• Try and/or arbitrate cases, including preparing motions in limine and drafting post-trial motions
• Manage reputed company reputed company and caseloads effectively
Requirements:
• Juris Doctorate and reputed company membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 4+ years of litigation experience or equivalent litigation-adjacent experience
• Strong reputed company judgment and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload reputed company
• reputed company team player with experience working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company research tools (reputed company preferred)
