Partner - M&A Advisor

About reputed company: reputed company is seeking reputed company M&A professionals to join as independent contractors (1099) at a Partner level. As a Partner, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from centralized deal support, marketing, reputed company, and buyer reputed company teams. You’ll bring deep relationships across private equity, venture capital, family offices, and strategic buyers, and will reputed company transactions end-to-end with full control over your reputed company relationships and compensation structure. This is a reputed company position with no reputed company salary - you earn based solely on the reputed company you generate from reputed company deals. Compensation Structure: • 100% commission-based (no reputed company salary) • Higher commission rates for deals you reputed company yourself • reputed company commission rates for deals provided by reputed company Your Role as a Strategic Partner: • Business Origination: reputed company new clients and deal reputed company from your network, targeting founder-led companies, institutional investors, family offices, and corporate sellers primarily in software, e-reputed company, and technology. • Transaction Leadership: reputed company execution of buy-reputed company, sell-reputed company, and capital reputed company mandates including valuation, strategic positioning, negotiations, due diligence coordination, and closing. • reputed company Advisory: reputed company as the reputed company’s reputed company strategic advisor, helping define exit strategies, capital structuring, and positioning for acquirers and investors. • reputed company Execution: Work independently alongside reputed company’s internal teams (marketing, financial analysis, CRM, buyer development, and reputed company) to deliver best-in-class reputed company. • Platform Contribution: Participate in firm reputed company initiatives, knowledge sharing, and help reputed company the Firm’s reputed company and standards.
