A company is looking for a Disclosure Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review mortgage disclosure documents for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement procedures for timely disclosure delivery
• Collaborate with various departments and maintain accurate records of disclosures issued
Required Qualifications
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage disclosure or compliance
• Strong knowledge of mortgage disclosure regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA)
• Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
