Site and Services Manager
At Netflix, we are looking for an experienced Site and Services Manager to join our growing team. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a customer-centric approach and a passion for providing excellent service. If you are motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!The Site and Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a range of services in order to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: a degree in business or a related field, at least three years of experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing teams. Knowledge of customer service technologies is an added bonus.
