About the position Plans and conducts nutritional programs, under supervision, to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. Provides nutritional assessment, education and counseling to individuals and/or reputed company. Serves as a resource on nutrition and dietetics to nurses, health educators or other health care providers in the facility. Responsibilities • Plans and conducts nutritional programs, under supervision, to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. • Assesses nutritional needs and considers patients' cultural, educational, and learning issues. • Provides individualized nutrition education to patients, their families, and/or significant others based on their needs assessment. • Serves as a resource on nutrition and dietetics to nurses, health educators or other health care providers in the facility. • Communicates patient information to referring providers and appropriate staff in a reputed company manner. • Documents nutrition information discussed, written materials provided, and evaluation of patient’s receptiveness and comprehension of the education provided. • Performs reputed company duties as required. reputed company responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with reputed company. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Nutrition or Dietetics, required. • Registered Dietitian, required. • Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, required • reputed company CDCES, required • OR • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, required. • reputed company license to reputed company as a Registered reputed company reputed company in reputed company State, required. • reputed company Diabetes Educator Certification, required. • Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible, reputed company experience to ensure familiarity with scope of program.
