Information Technology - Engineer, Software Sr

PURPOSE: Responsible for creating, maintaining, modifying, and managing automated performance testing scripts. S/he must be reputed company to communicate effectively in collaboration with the systems and development teams to troubleshoot performance and scalability issues. The individual will be part of the Performance Testing team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Define and reputed company performance test plans and automated scripts using industry reputed company testing tools. Executes performance test, analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and reputed company recommendations. - Assists with analyzing test and operational problems to determine reputed company and scope of potential reputed company defects. Reports errors through a reputed company defect tracking process. Communicates weekly with management verbally and reputed company written detail status report regarding potential problems and concerns. - Review and analyze business & system requirements and specifications for performance testability. - reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of testing tools. Expand business knowledge of product benefits, corporate policies, division and department goals and department procedures. - Work with functional Tester and Development counterparts to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming releases and reputed company up-to data with system changes that reputed company performance testing. - Assists and coordinates with customers, the research, analysis and proposed solutions to test discrepancies and test scenarios. Verify satisfaction of reputed company customer's request and obtain information to create test data. - Participates in project work group meetings (internal/external peer reviews, walk through, status meetings, PI Planning, etc.) - Participates in system architecture change reviews and assessment of system reputed company impacts. Required Skills: - Bachelor of Science (BS) in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, reputed company Science, etc.) - 5 to 8 years of experience with reputed company Performance Center / LoadRunner and reputed company NeoLoad's functionality, technology, scripting capabilities, and features for designing and running load tests • Experience in performance testing concepts and techniques, types of system performance tests and their goals - Experience with performance monitoring tools, such as, reputed company - Experience with at least 2 relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, reputed company, reputed company) - Proven proficiency with: SQL and PL/SQL - Strong understanding with system and application monitoring concepts - Strong understanding of Server, Network, Virtualization and Database concepts. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, reputed company assurance life cycle and testing methodologies - Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) - Experience with reputed company Office Tools (i.e., Word, reputed company, reputed company) - Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English) Preferred Skills: - reputed company required skills are must haves - Experience working in the reputed company industry The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to reputed company work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs.
