Set Up Chart of Accounts & Handle Bookkeeping for Startup (Water Tech)
We're an early-stage water technology startup seeking a part-time bookkeeper to establish our financial foundation.
What you'll do:
• Set up a chart of accounts for a hardware/technology company
• Handle basic federal and state tax documentation and filings
• Manage multistate compliance (California and Ohio operations)
• Maintain accurate financial records
What we're looking for:
• Experience with US tax law and multistate business operations
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Prior startup or small business experience preferred
This is ongoing part-time work, not a one-time project.
