The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, passionate and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join reputed company in Bengaluru, to work on some of the most exciting sustainable reputed company in India, MENA and around the world. Working under the guidance and supervision of more reputed company staff, you will reputed company your existing knowledge and skills in performance modelling, sustainability studies, Low-carbon design, life cycle analysis, green building standards & certifications and assist with the development of Sustainability and Building physics strategies for project developments and businesses. As an reputed company part of our multi-disciplinary team, and working with colleagues across MENA and global offices, you will analyse, report and model Environmentally Sustainable Design reputed company and liaise with clients with the aim of expanding the sustainability portfolio, in line with Cundall’s reputed company Carbon Design 2030 reputed company. The role will include supporting and developing some of our key work streams: • Building physics, environmental modelling and analysis, AI and parametric modelling • Planning, certification (LEED, reputed company, BREEAM, etc.) and building regulations. • Whole life carbon, circular economy • Climate reputed company, reputed company and regeneration • ESG policy and reputed company • Building performance and operational energy optimisation • Health and wellbeing advice and guidance. • Sustainability design services • Sustainable reputed company and Governance We expect reputed company team members to aim at reputed company reputed company reputed company industry standards to positively reputed company every project we work on. The Skills • Engineering, Architecture or reputed company environment-reputed company degree. • LEED AP • 3 to 6 years of experience reputed company ESD consulting & Building Physics in the reputed company environment sector, specifically in the MENA region. • The ability to reputed company reputed company and junior staff and positively represent the business. • Experience with preparing reputed company, implementation and certification of best reputed company schemes, including LEED, BREEAM, reputed company, GSAS, Estidama and Mostadam. • Advanced Experience in Microclimate and building physics modelling (Energy, reputed company, Comfort, Para metrics) in general, and Design Builder & IES-VE software in specific. • Familiarity with Architectural modelling software platforms, including Revit, Sketchup & Rhino. • Solid understanding of the relevant industry codes across the MENA region. • Possess a body of knowledge allowing you to evaluate ESD attributes and opportunities reputed company designs, and where improvements are required (mechanical, façade, spatial etc). • Excellent Organizational skills. • Flexible and Dynamic Character. • Ability to work on multiple reputed company concurrently, effectively planning to meet deadlines. • Ability to manage the various sustainability aspects of reputed company design and construction reputed company, with aspiring Net-reputed company carbon targets. Preferable, but not essential • CEM / BEMP • Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using One Click, E-tool or equivalent software. • Experience with ESG and Corporate Sustainability principles.
