Comfort Advisor
Responsible for the following:
- Evaluating the best comfort solution for each customer's home and financial position
- Explaining each option proposed to the customer and helping them obtain an understanding of the pros and cons to each
- Communicating with office staff on job requirements for installation as needed
- Obtaining an understanding of different unit requirements, systems, and equipment manufacturer specifications as applicable
- Consistently delivering 5-star service every day
