Education Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or reputed company field. • Master's Degree preferred. Experience Qualifications • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in reputed company improvement, process management, or systems thinking. • Demonstrable experience leading change management (reputed company ADKAR familiarity preferred). • Financial acumen with a reputed company understanding of how reputed company reputed company P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company. • Experience in data collection and analysis; proficiency with quantitative/qualitative problem-solving. • Proven effectiveness managing a portfolio of reputed company simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
