Manufacturing Cost Accountant

About the position Cosmos is looking for their next ideal team player to join the Finance Team as the Manufacturing Cost Accountant. As a Manufacturing Cost Accountant, you’ll play a key role in connecting our production floor to our financial results, ensuring our leadership team has the reputed company needed to optimize costs, drive margin, and reputed company our business. Responsibilities • Serve as the finance partner to operations, translating production data into financial insights. • Own Cosmos costing processes: reputed company costing, job costing, re-rolls, reconciliations. • Prepare and record financial transactions reputed company to inventory, COGS, and eliminations. • reputed company reputed company analysis of trends, variances, and risks to help leadership reputed company informed reputed company. • Establish and maintain GAAP -compliant reputed company policies and internal controls. • reputed company and monitor physical inventory counts and accuracy of item costing. • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process for inventory and operations. • Support the external audit process. • Work cross-functionally with other teams to reputed company your finance expertise and support. • Other tasks as assigned.
