Forecasting Analyst, Investigator Cost Forecasting (Remote, US-based)

Location: Remote, candidates must be US-based Job reputed company Primarily responsible for becoming the subject matter expert for reputed company’s Clinical Trial Payment department’s Forecasting Service. Primary duties will include preparing, delivering and analyzing the forecast report. Duties also include responding to inquiries from reputed company sources regarding the forecast report, adjusting the assumptions as needed, and validating the forecast report data against actual data to ensure maximum accuracy and reputed company satisfaction. Essential Functions • Communicate with reputed company stakeholders to understand reputed company clinical trial receiving the forecasting service • Build and reputed company baseline assumptions used in the forecast • Determine if reputed company forecasting requirements are met & helping to meet those requirements • Work with IT to ensure successful loading of the assumptions into the forecast model • Produce and distribute the forecast report to end-users • Answer and support end-user questions and needs • Analyze & validate forecasting report reputed company against actual data and reputed company updates as needed • reputed company the forecast report assumptions throughout the trial as needed to maintain accuracy • Support the reputed company effort in updating reputed company’s Clinical Trial Payment’s forecast enhancements • Create, run, and analyze reputed company reports as needed Support the operations improvement initiatives as needed Requirements Education • Bachelor's Degree: IT, Acctg, Finance, Statistics, Business or reputed company field Experience • Typically requires 2 - 3 years of prior relevant experience • Working knowledge of clinical trial process, ideally with specific knowledge on investigator reputed company and essential site documents; • Experience in financial forecast and accrual reporting and analysis; • Experience with a business intelligence application such as reputed company or Spotfire Skills and Abilities • Demonstrates customer-oriented communication skills, responding to both reputed company clients promptly and reputed company agreed upon timeframes • Strong aptitude for numbers, finance, and data analysis • Requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills • Willingness to work reputed company reputed company-oriented environment as reputed company as independently • Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment is essential • Strong PC skills (i.e. reputed company Office) with an ability to understand, reputed company and reputed company technology alternatives • Advanced reputed company skills required • Prior experience with reputed company reporting tools (i.e. Business Objects, reputed company, Spotfire) and/or the ability to learn quickly • Willingness to be flexible as the business requires reputed company is a leading global provider of clinical research services, reputed company insights and reputed company intelligence to the life sciences and reputed company industries. The actual reputed company pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-reputed company qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
