[Remote] Manager, Technical Sourcing - Product, Design & Analytics

They are seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager to lead proactive sourcing for non-engineering technical roles, manage a team of sourcers, and align sourcing efforts with business needs. Responsibilities • Develop and refine sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines for Product, Design, Analytics, and other technical functions • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of full-time and contract sourcers, elevating their skills and outcomes • Partner with business leaders to prioritize recruiting needs and ensure sourcing efforts are aligned with the most critical roles and organizational goals • Deliver ongoing reports and dashboards on sourcing progress, trends, quality of pipeline, and operational metrics; communicate impact clearly to stakeholders • Use data and analytics to identify areas for strategic optimization and make recommendations to evolve sourcing practices • Support your team in navigating complex searches, removing bottlenecks, and improving efficiency across the sourcing lifecycle • Build strong cross-functional relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams to drive alignment and execution excellence Skills • 3-5 years of people management experience • 7-10 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments • Proven experience leading strategy and execution for technical talent in competitive markets • Strong understanding of technical domains • Deep sourcing expertise that translates across disciplines • Ability to excel in fast-paced environments • Ownership of outcomes and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with partners • Data-driven and comfortable leveraging metrics and insights to influence decisions and improve operational performance • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels • Bias for action and commitment to continuous improvement and learning Benefits • 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Wellness benefits • Commuter benefits match • Paid time off • Paid sick leave • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 11 paid holidays • Disability and basic life insurance • Family-forming assistance • Mental health program Company Overview • DoorDash is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local and national businesses.
