Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Manager, Finance Corporate Planning (OPEX) in San Mateo, CA to provide budget, forecast, and mid-range planning support for global divisions as financial business partner. Requires a Master’s degree in Finance, or related field, or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience in the technology industry performing ad-hoc analysis and development of financial models, including gap and trend analysis, risks and opportunities, and Return on Investment (ROI); analyzing historical HC and OPEX trends across global divisions to identify forecast-impacting factors, benchmark performance, and assess profitability and efficiency; preparing consolidated reports for HC, OPEX, CapEx, and fixed asset tracking; guiding long-term financial planning, optimizing cost structures and influencing executive decisions; utilizing financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive data-driven decision making; performing multinational strategies with internal stakeholders to improve ROI including reducing costs, investing in tools and AI, closing facilities, and increasing revenue; utilizing US GAAP and IFRS financial regulations to perform financial analysis on insights, trends, and scenarios to improve the business and create profit.
