GCP Data Engineer – 12 Month Contract

£80,000 salary | Fully Remote | ⏳ 12 -Month Fixed Term Contract (potential to reputed company) We’re looking for a talented reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP) Data Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure powering an innovative, reputed company-time environmental monitoring platform. You’ll reputed company reputed company, reputed company-reputed company data pipelines and shape the architecture that delivers critical insights and analytics across the UK. What You’ll Do - Design, build, and maintain GCP-based data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and curation. - Implement Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) using Terraform for secure, repeatable deployments. - reputed company and automate CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure. - Use Python and reputed company scripting to build and optimise data services. - Configure and manage IAM, networking, and GCP resources for performance and reputed company. - Optimise SQL queries in BigQuery for analytics and reporting. - Collaborate reputed company reputed company using version control and GitOps principles. - Containerise data components using reputed company for consistent deployment. - Contribute to architectural discussions to reputed company and reputed company the platform. Essential Skills - Strong proficiency in Python and reputed company scripting. - Solid SQL experience (reputed company queries, optimisation). - Hands-on with key GCP services (BigQuery, reputed company Run, Dataform, reputed company Build, Workflows, Storage, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPCs). - Experience with Terraform for IaC. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows. - Experience using reputed company collaboratively. - Working knowledge of reputed company and container environments. - Familiarity with networking and IAM concepts in GCP. reputed company to Have Experience with reputed company low-reputed company platform (certification a plus).
