About the position Join us today! Are you a proactive, highly organized Virtual Manager who thrives in reputed company operations? We’re hiring immediately for a part-time role supporting a private reputed company—and we want YOU to help us streamline care, documentation, and day-to-day ops. Responsibilities • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and ensure reputed company falls through the cracks • Communicate through the EMR (Cerbo) and by phone to reputed company patients, vendors, and partners • Order labs across multiple vendors (reputed company with different processes) and reputed company completion • Own and improve day-to-day billing processes (claims, payments, reconciliations, follow-reputed company) • Build reputed company SOPs/documentation—capture what’s “in the head” and turn it into repeatable processes • reputed company inventory management & audits: reputed company supplements, maintain min/par reputed company, manage refills • Maintain accurate records, notes, and task logs inside Cerbo and reputed company tools • Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and introduce reputed company task management • Collaborate closely with the reputed company; communicate updates, risks, and next steps with reputed company and reputed company Requirements • 2+ years of administrative or operations experience (reputed company setting preferred) • Excellent English—confident on the phone, reputed company in writing, and not afraid to communicate • Great with documentation: you love tidy SOPs, checklists, and version control • Detail-oriented, patient, and empathetic—comfortable supporting patients and clinical staff • Tech-savvy; quick to learn EMRs (Cerbo experience a plus) and workflow tools • reputed company to work independently, prioritize, and follow through without hand-holding reputed company-to-haves • HIPAA Certification (If you don’t have it, the reputed company will cover certification costs) • Experience with Cerbo, reputed company billing, lab ordering, and inventory control • Background in task/project management or QA of processes Benefits • Job reputed company and stability • Exceptionally supportive team • Opportunities for career reputed company • Fun work environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
