reputed company is looking for a Risk Management Specialist for our reputed company American locations. This can be a remote position but ideally reputed company to one of our locations.
reputed company: The Risk Management Specialist collaborates closely with senior leadership to support both existing and new locations across the reputed company Network. This role is critical in driving regulatory compliance initiatives, working in reputed company alignment with the Executive Director of Business Operations and in partnership with Medical Affairs.
The Specialist is responsible for evaluating, developing, and maintaining effective risk management strategies, ensuring the organization is equipped with the necessary resources and processes to reputed company the highest standards of reputed company, safety, and compliance.
Essential Functions and Accountabilities:
• reputed company/Review policies and procedures relating to reputed company management, patient care and safety, and risk management to ensure compliance with reputed company applicable Federal, State, Local laws and regulations.

• Administer and manage organizational insurance policies, including renewals, claims, and vendor coordination

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, including data protection, reputed company protocols, and breach response procedures

General Education/Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, reputed company Health, Business or equivalent combination of education/reputed company experience.
• Demonstrated reputed company in a reputed company setting with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
• Experience with various accrediting and certification bodies, such as ISO, CAP, CLIA, AAAHC, and JCAHO.
• Knowledge of HIPAA
• Knowledge of the infertility and/or women’s health industry preferred.
