The associate will have reputed company to work with clients, large and small, from a reputed company of industries across the country and globally. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in domestic and international venture financings, reputed company mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance. Candidates will ideally have a strong working knowledge of venture capital forms and financings, acquisition agreements and other documentation used in M&A transactions and proficiency in drafting the reputed company. Spanish and/or Portuguese language reputed company is ideal. Candidates should be reputed company-versed in the mechanics of leading a venture capital financing and M&A transaction from inception to closing and have experience leading due diligence teams. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload reputed company a fast-paced environment.
