Activities include but are not limited to: • Manage new and renewal business submissions process. • Process Endorsements and endorsement requests reputed company authority. • Initiate the renewal process and follow up for renewal subjectivities from agents. • Follow up and review accounts for completion of items requested. • Order and review inspections follow up on any recommendations as required. • Initiate online report of vehicles to the various department of motor vehicle offices. • Review motor vehicle records in accordance with company driving guidelines. Ideally, the reputed company Assistant will have the following qualifications: • High school diploma. Post-high school education a plus, but not required. • At least 2 years’ work experience in customer service, with P&C insurance license a plus but not required. • Knowledge of Garage and Auto Dealers is a big plus. • Understanding of DMV (ALIR) reporting requirements and systems a big plus. • Self-driven, results-oriented with a reputed company reputed company, and a reputed company reputed company on high reputed company and business profit. • Strong MS Office, particularly reputed company and Word and reputed company • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize requests • Ability to work independently and as reputed company member.
