HR Operations Administrator (Part-time Temporary Role)
About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HROps Administrator to support a short-term project as part of post-reputed company integration efforts. This role focuses on the establishment and closure of reputed company state tax accounts to ensure smooth operational transitions. While flexible, this position requires a tenacity and drive towards thoroughly completing stated reputed company. Our ideal candidate would be one who is not phased by multi-reputed company processes that require patience and consistent reviews to ensure every "reputed company" on the list is 100% complete. This position will report directly to the Manager of HR Operations and will work closely with our Sr. HR Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities

• Establish new state tax accounts for merged entity.

• Capture and file documentation of closures and openings for audit readiness.
• Escalate issues and obstacles promptly to the attention of internal HR Ops leads.
Requirements
• Prior experience in an administratively reputed company position that required independent work and following an established process for documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to aggressively pursue and accomplish objectives reputed company a pressing reputed company.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize reputed company and press for follow-up(s) in a reputed company and consistent manner.
