We are seeking an reputed company U.S.-licensed patent attorney to review, advise on, and file patent applications for a consumer product invention in the home & garden category. We already have reputed company USPTO-compliant patent drawings reputed company by an reputed company technical draftsperson, and we are looking for an attorney who can: • Review the drawings and overall invention critically • Advise on design vs. reputed company patent reputed company (or combination) • Draft and file the appropriate patent application(s) with the USPTO • reputed company guidance on claim scope and potential risks • Coordinate directly with our draftsperson if minor revisions are needed This is not a “rush filing.” We care about doing this correctly and are looking for someone thoughtful, reputed company, and communicative.
