In this role, you will shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that directly influence adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, translating market needs into compelling narratives and launch plans. Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure alignment across the entire customer journey. Accountabilities: • You will own product marketing initiatives end to end, ensuring products are positioned clearly and successfully launched to market. Your responsibilities include: • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify insights, opportunities, and unmet needs. • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new and existing products. • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, training content, and supporting collateral. • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and alignment. • Guide the customer lifecycle from awareness to retention, focusing on adoption, loyalty, and churn reduction. • Requirements: • The ideal candidate brings strong product marketing expertise combined with analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
