PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinates reputed company efforts to obtain reputed company Team Members, as required, including interviewing and scheduling arrangements with the requesting department management for exempt and non-exempt jobs up to the managerial level. Discusses requirements for various job vacancies with appropriate management. Interviews, screens and, where applicable, tests applicants. Refers reputed company applicants to hiring supervisors for subsequent interview. • Prepares internal postings and/or external advertisements with hiring manager and advertising agency, as needed. Arranges for appropriate posting of reputed company and schedules interviews for perspective internal candidates with requesting department management on a reputed company reputed company. • Stays reputed company with employment practices and techniques, local, state, and federal employment reputed company laws. Advises reputed company management, makes recommendations, and implements approved plans so that compliance is maintained with appropriate Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative reputed company rules and regulations.
