[Remote] Influencer & PR Coordinator

They are seeking an Influencer & PR Coordinator to manage public relations efforts, support the TikTok affiliate program, and engage with influencers to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities • Manage and organize our PR list to ensure it remains current • Scout new and promising influencers on Instagram and TikTok that align with our brand • Reach out to influencers via email for PR gifting opportunities and manage ongoing communication • Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure PR packages are sent out smoothly and on time • Follow up with influencers after they receive PR, confirming delivery, gathering feedback, and encouraging organic content • Track PR acceptance rates, responses, and monitor who is posting organically • Maintain an influencer tracking sheet with contact information, communication history, and content status • Assist in managing our TikTok affiliate program by scouting new affiliate creators, reaching out, and onboarding them • Monitor affiliate performance on TikTok, including sales, content frequency, engagement, and GMV • Identify high-performing affiliates and analyze content types that drive conversions • Manage the TikTok affiliate creator messages chat, sharing updates, answering questions, and keeping affiliates engaged • Communicate regularly with affiliates to ensure alignment with brand messaging and provide support • Report weekly or monthly on affiliate activity, content performance, and its impact on sales and profit • Stay informed about TikTok trends and emerging creators who could become valuable partners • Monitor influencer and affiliate pages for organic content and mentions of the brand • Collect insights and organize them into simple reports, detailing who posted, what performed well, and audience reactions • Stay up to date on social trends, new platforms, and creators to keep our brand ahead of the curve Skills • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Experience in influencer marketing or public relations is a plus Company Overview • Founded in 2016, MICHE Beauty is on a mission to simplify haircare for individuals of all hair types.
