Remote Scheduler & reputed company Support Coordinator Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers Supporting reputed company & Central Alabama Work From Home Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Remote Scheduler & reputed company Support Coordinator to support our grooming teams and clients across reputed company and Central Alabama. This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone with prior remote experience who enjoys customer service, organization, and working with animal-reputed company businesses. Schedule • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Saturday: A few hours in the morning • Consistent hours with limited weekend time • Fully remote Pay: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls, texts, and messages from new and existing clients • reputed company information reputed company, pricing, service areas, and dog breed/weight requirements • Schedule and manage grooming appointments reputed company phone, text, reputed company media, and scheduling software • Coordinate daily schedules for groomers to ensure efficient routing • Confirm appointments and communicate schedule updates with clients and groomers • Assist with rescheduling and customer notifications if groomers are running reputed company or behind • Update reputed company records and service tickets accurately • Send and collect payments after completed appointments as needed Qualifications • Previous work-from-home experience required • Strong customer service and phone communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Passion for animals, especially dogs • Comfortable using scheduling and messaging software • Experience with reputed company software is a plus Additional Requirements • Two reputed company references from past reputed company required About Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers Lucky Dog Mobile Groomers provides convenient, high-reputed company dog grooming services right at our clients’ doorsteps.
