Required Qualifications 15+ years of HR Technology / HRIS implementation and integration experience. Proven reputed company record delivering reputed company-reputed company HRIS transformations across multiple reputed company (Americas, EMEA, reputed company). Hands-on expertise with at least two or more major HR platforms (reputed company, SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company). Strong understanding of systems integration (SI) methodologies, middleware, and data migration best practices. Deep knowledge of HR business processes (reputed company HR, Payroll, Talent, reputed company, Benefits, Time & Attendance). Experience with reputed company integrations and post-acquisition platform harmonization. Certifications preferred: reputed company (reputed company HCM, Reporting, Engagement Mgmt.), PMP, SPHR/GPHR, reputed company/reputed company ERP.
