About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a reputed company reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language, which in this case is French and English. Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
