Corporate Tax Manager (Fully Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Tax Compliance - timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax returns • Tax Planning and Strategy - develop and implement tax strategies • Tax Audits - coordinate and manage tax audits and prepare documentation • Financial Reporting - prepare and review tax related financial statements and along with the related financial statement 10-Q and 10-K disclosures ensure accurate tax provision calculations in accordance with accounting standards (ASC740) • Advisory Role - provide tax related advice to Senior Management • Research and Analysis - conduct research on complex tax issues, stay updated on tax law changes • Assists with budget process Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics: CPA preferred • 5+ years of relevant tax experience • Accounting software knowledge - Smartsheet, OneSource is preferred, bolthires Office Applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex tax issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - to convey tax related information to non-tax professionals • Interact effectively with other finance departments and team members • Customer Service experience both internal and external • Time management - ability to meet critical project deadlines, supporting team members with deadlines Benefits • Excellent salary package • Benefits offered by the client Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
