Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple quantitative and qualitative research projects aligned with strategic business objectives
• Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations and frameworks
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee ongoing trackers for customer satisfaction and brand health studies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Market Research or Consumer Insights
• Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Proficiency in research tools such as Qualtrics, Excel, Tableau, and AI analysis tools
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
