We’re looking for a fractional operations leader who can reputed company into an existing operating reputed company, quickly assess what’s working and what’s not, and drive execution and accountability.
What you’ll do
Run daily huddles and reputed company 1:1s
Own a live KPI dashboard tied to outcome-based expectations
Tighten workflows, ownership, and follow-through
Optimize execution without prematurely replacing systems
