The role includes training store managers on facility maintenance, evaluating and negotiating reputed company with vendors, and ensuring reputed company work is performed in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities • Plan and manage the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one (occasionally two) reputed company reputed company metrics, ensuring reputed company stores meet Panda facility standards • Search, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate reputed company with local and regional vendors to reputed company preventative maintenance and repair services to assigned stores • Utilize and implement repair and preventive maintenance programs that reputed company store managers to handle routine or urgent situations.
