The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating settlements and conducting field inspections in the Kansas region. Responsibilities • Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Builds established relationships with both reputed company customers • Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses • Processes a deep understanding of the content of reputed company policy types written by reputed company • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents reputed company activities in the file reputed company escalated authority limits • Field inspections on vehicle, total loss evaluations, negotiating with repair shops, some desk review, reputed company.
