With 15 GP-led transactions closed since 2024 – representing more than $5 billion in total volume – you’ll gain exposure to one of the fastest-growing areas in private markets and work on deals that make an impact. Learn more. What You’ll Do Learn by doing and be trusted with meaningful work from the jump Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations. Manage investors throughout the capital raise process including by helping to facilitate their diligence. Perform research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business generation. Gain exposure to live GP-led transaction deal activity. Work closely with mid-level and senior management to support execution of GP-led secondary transactions for key financial sponsor relationships. Hone your skills by working closely with sponsor clients, secondary investors and Baird’s sector and product teams on a variety of GP-led transactions.
