Litigation Attorney (Remote in California)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, California (USA), Indiana (USA) Remote (anywhere in California) A well-established legal firm that specializes in insurance defense, habitability cases, personal injury defense, and premises liability is seeking two talented Litigation Attorneys to join their team in San Francisco, CA! This is a hybrid position, with attorneys expected to be in-office at least 2 days per week to align with partner schedules. Candidates must be local for court appearances. Pay Range: $130,000 - $185,000 DOE Litigation Attorney Responsibilities • Handle caseload while supporting Partners, with dedicated legal assistant/paralegal support • Represent large companies in defense matters including habitability (not wrongful eviction), personal injury defense, premises liability, and product liability • Conduct full-cycle case management from initiation through resolution • Make regular court appearances for motions, hearings, and other proceedings • Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and direct interaction • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team’s case strategy and firm growth Requirements For Candidate Profile One • JD from an accredited law school • 4-5 years of experience in litigation, with defense experience highly preferred but open to experience with Personal Injury, Premises Liability, or Habitability cases • Active California Bar membership with experience working as an attorney in CA • Proven track record of stability in previous positions • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a confident approach Requirements For Candidate Profile Two • JD from an accredited law school, with defense experience strongly preferred • 3-7 years of litigation experience, particularly in areas such as insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, or habitability cases • Active California Bar membership, with experience working as an attorney in CA • Proven track record of stability in previous positions • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a confident approach Benefits • Merit-based bonus structure + Billable hours incentive • 100% covered medical and vision insurance • Dental coverage • Unlimited PTO • 401K with 4% match • 13 paid holidays • Work-life balance • Fully Remote If you’re a driven attorney who is passionate about defense litigation that wants to join a firm that prioritizes your well-being with team support, great benefits and work-life balance, apply now! #INDLEGAL #INDATTORNEY This offer from "Boutique Recruiting" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 76% flex score.
