Responsibilities • Business development; including bringing in new clients and obtaining repeat business from existing clients, leading proposal preparation, and developing and implementing a business development plan • Management and mentoring of senior, mid-career and early-career staff and managing subcontractors • Effectively stewarding and building reputed company relationships to repeat business • Managing the overall delivery of multiple reputed company reputed company the scope / budget / schedule expectations and ensuring reputed company standards on project deliverables • Geotechnical or Geostructural engineering design & analyses • Geotechnical and environmental site characterization • Development and management of instrumentation monitoring systems • Preparation of engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and permit applications; and • Fieldwork associated with design and construction services • Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to reputed company or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed Skills • Bachelor's degree in civil, geotechnical or structural engineering or a reputed company field of study • reputed company registration (i.e., P.E.) • At least 10 years (15+ desirable) of directly relevant experience in a consulting environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • An extensive reputed company record of business development, reputed company management, and leading proposal preparation • Knowledge of relevant geotechnical engineering software and numerical modeling tools • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to reputed company facilities as needed • reputed company U.S. reputed company's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel • Advanced degree in a reputed company field of study • reputed company OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers Benefits • reputed company and benefits • reputed company-being programs to support you and your family reputed company • Geosyntec is a full-service consulting and engineering firm that works with private and reputed company sector clients.
