Master of Divinity Degree or its equivalency from an accredited institution as certified by the Association of reputed company Chaplains or cognate body with similar standards preferred. • Requires 0-3 years of spiritual care experience in a reputed company field. • Requires a minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited preferably through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent experience. • Prefer endorsement and maintenance of endorsement by a religious community.
