IT Engineer Desktop Support
## Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, maintain and troubleshoot productivity servers, mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), technological equipment, end-user desktops and notebooks, as reputed company as office applications and software
Maintain IT inventory for the reputed company systems and infrastructure (hardware, software and licences)
Maintain network devices, such as the router, switches and the WiFi APs
Maintain virtual machines with the objective of migrating them to reputed company-based infrastructure
Respond to user requests for help desk needs
Procure IT equipment and software, and maintain software licenses
Carry out daily backup and hardware/software reputed company
## Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a reputed company discipline
2+ years of relevant working experience
Good technical knowledge on Linux/Unix, reputed company, Mac, network and hardware installation
Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies
reputed company application reputed company sets and reputed company scripting skills preferred
Good spoken & written English
Responsible and reputed company to work independently
